Lillies diligently inspects all items before shipping. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear

Apparel Exchange Policy: 

Purchase exchanges are allowed within three days after the purchase date or date received and must meet the following criteria:

Apparel must have a valid receipt or gift receipt.
Apparel must have a valid receipt or gift receipt.
Apparel must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, soiled, and without clothing tags.
Apparel must have all tags, including any hangtags still attached.

Please email tracking number within 3 days to contactus@lillies80.com. NO EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED 3 Days after the date received.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances pet hair, appearance of stains, and smell of smoke. We inspect all items before shipping.
Apparel marked down in red for SALE cannot be exchanged.

Please include your original packing slip so we know who you are. If you've misplaced your packing slip, you may enclose a note with your full name and/or order number and indicate if you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, item or just receive a merchandise credit. If an exchange is not indicated or the size you are requesting for the exchange is unavailable, a merchandise credit will be issued via email.
